When I use the Google Adwords Keyword Tool, I look at an exact match instead of broad, hide Local Search Volume and Advertiser Competition, and show Estimated Avg. CPC.

Look at what advertisers are paying for bright/brite smile teeth whitening. I found my first keyword phrases to research further and to lock on in the natural SEO results.

Next I will find a score of affiliate products to match the best keyword phrases.
